2021 MHOA Annual Conference
Stand out from the competition and enhance your presence and visibility at the conference by advertising or sponsoring an event at the conference. Sponsorships and advertisements can maximize brand exposure and increase your booth traffic. Your company’s support of the MHOA Conference is vital for the continued excellence of this meeting. This support can be in the form of unrestricted grants in addition to exhibiting, sponsorships, and advertising.
At the Conference
- Plenary Speaker ($1,750): One (1) opportunity is available to sponsor the opening plenary speaker. Your company will be recognized on the conference website and on signage at the event.
- Educational Tracks ($1000 each): Three (3) opportunities available to sponsor either the Public Health track, Food track or Wastewater track. Your company will be recognized on the conference website and on signage at the session.
- Social Reception ($2,750): One (1) opportunity is available for your company to sponsor a social reception for attendees before Wednesday’s dinner. Beverages and hors d’oeuvres provide a pleasant setting to meet your customers and network. Your company will be recognized on the conference website and on signage at the event
- Networking Luncheons ($2,000 each): Two (2) luncheon opportunities are available. Your company will be recognized as the sponsor on the conference website and on signage at the luncheon.
- Entertainment Night ($1,500): One (1) opportunity is available to sponsor Wednesday evening entertainment and an emcee to complement the evening networking dinner attended by approximately 125 people. This price is for the entertainment only; attendees pay for their meal. Your company will be recognized on the conference website (including a link to your company’s website) and on signage at the dinner.
- Coffee Breaks ($1,250 each): Two (2) opportunities are available to sponsor coffee and refreshments on Wednesday morning and afternoon coffee and coffee and refreshments on Thursday morning and afternoon coffee. Your company will be recognized on the conference website (including a link to your company’s website) and on signage at the breaks.
- Registration Table ($500): Two (2) opportunities is available to sponsor the most visible spot at the conference. Every attendee must visit the registration table at least once and many visit multiple times. Your company will be recognized on signage at the registration table.
Website Ads
The MHOA Conference website is a dedicated place for all attendees to access information associated with the event. All attendees will go through the website for registration and learn about the details of each educational session. The ad must be a static graphic (non-animated) and may be linked to your website.
- Home page ($750): placed prominently with the plenary speaker information. One (1) opportunity only.
- Registration page ($500 each): placed prominently along with registration information. Two (2) opportunities.
- Program Schedule page ($750 each): placed alongside the full schedule. Two (2) available.
- Food Protection Track page ($350 each): placed directly below track information. Four (4) opportunities.
- Public Health & Management Track page ($350 each): placed directly below track information. Four (4) opportunities.
- Wastewater Track page ($350 each): placed directly below track information. Four (4) opportunities.
- Any other page not listed above ($200): One (1) opportunity only.
Print Ads
- Conference Program – Ads: The MHOA Conference program is a 8.5″ X 11″ color program given to all attendees at registration. It provides information associated with all conference events, such as, educational sessions, daily schedule, speaker bios, exhibitors, and sponsors. Attendees will refer to this program throughout the conference and keep it as a valuable resource.
